Hello, and welcome. I’m honoured you’ve chosen to spend a few minutes of your day with me. My hope is that as you look around, you’ll easily find the information you need to make an informed choice about where you want to go next.

Hi I'm Veronica,
here’s a little about me so you can see if we might be a good fit!
My interest in mental health began in high school after my own life was touched by trauma. I found myself drawn to stories of people navigating mental health challenges and knew I wanted to understand more. That curiosity led me to study psychology at Slippery Rock University and later to my first role in the field at a Women’s Shelter and Rape Crisis Center. Supporting women and children there solidified my desire to help others heal from trauma.
I believe healing is possible when we reconnect with mind, body, and spirit. Emotions are not “negative,” but a source of information, and I love weaving together EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, and parts work to support that process. Clients often tell me they feel a little better after sessions, and consultees describe me as always learning and eager to share what I know.
To say I’m honored to do this work is an understatement. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, Consultant-in-Training, and Licensure Supervisor, I feel privileged to support both clients and clinicians on their journeys toward healing, growth, and confidence.

How I Support You
Today, I’m an EMDRIA Consultant-in-Training and Pennsylvania Licensure Supervisor, passionate about creating supportive, down-to-earth spaces for clinicians to grow their skills and confidence.

Alongside consultation and supervision, I also bring years of experience in trauma therapy — drawing on EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, parts work, DBT, and CBT to help people move from overwhelm toward clarity, empowerment, and insight.

At the heart of my work is the belief that healing is possible when we reconnect with mind, body, and spirit.
